While she did the first step that many of us don't, I don't think she did something ground breaking. She opened a consulting company (unless I am missing something). Many techie repatriates took this path as it does make business sense, especially when you are exposed to consulting in high value companies like Google. It is pretty safe too. If you go through company website, there is nothing special they are doing. Still that does not mean that what she did is trivial as I have not been able to do even that. However, I am surprised why her story is there on rediff when there are many like that in India.
